Join us on The Patio for a socially distanced whiskey tasting! Tony Devencenzi, Northern California's Steward of the Brand, will be leading you through the tasting. We will be serving a four-course tasting menu curated by Chef Eric Upper. While pairing with Chef Eric’s cuisine, Alexander's Steakhouse Bar Director, Nicholas Bonneys' goal is to display the versatility of WhistlePig’s array of whiskeys.

First Course
Peach & Arugula Salad
Pairing: "Peach Rye Smash” with FarmHouse Rye, Creme de Violette topped with Ginger

Second Course
Whistle Pig Rye Pasta with Wagyu Andouille and Artichoke
Pairing: “Basil Julep” with FarmHouse Rye and Elderflower Liqueur

Third Course
Filet with Whistle Pig Sauce, Brussel Sprouts, and Bacon
Pairing: “Perfect Storm Old Fashioned” WhistlePig 10 year with Orange Curacao and Coffee Liqueur

Dessert Course
Apple with Cinnamon and Maple Syrup
Pairing: “Apple Pie” 12 year Old World Finish, Apple Brandy, Amaretto. WhistlePig Maple Syrup
