Break out of your winter chill and come enjoy a fabulous 4-course tasting menu from Executive Chef Eric Upper, with exclusive wine pairings from the cellar of Alfaro Family Vineyards chosen by Head Sommelier Sean Widger. Since 1997, the Alfaro family has been making some of the most exciting and healthy wines from the Santa Cruz Mountains. The region is best known for world class Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with stunning expressions of Cabernet Sauvignon that hail from a small group of highly-coveted vineyards. Winemaker Ryan Alfaro will be joining us to speak to the organic farming methods that make these wines so special and perfect for Chef Upper’s spring menu. Be sure to bring an appetite and a date!
